The full range of treatments practised at DR KANIA — longevity, metabolic and regenerative aesthetic medicine. Every treatment is prescribed after a clinical consultation, and every plan is designed around the individual. Prices below reflect single sessions and, where clinically indicated, multi-session courses.
Every plan starts with a clinical consultation.
New clients attend an initial consultation with Dr Kania before any treatment is prescribed. Medical history, suitability, clinical goals and personalised protocol design are covered in full before anything is agreed. Every consultation is £200. How that fee is treated depends on the type of care you're seeking.
Redeemable against treatment.
For aesthetic consultations — injectables, biostimulators, laser, energy-based treatments and regenerative aesthetics — the £200 consultation fee is credited in full against the cost of any treatment resulting from the consultation.
Clinical fee. Medication quoted separately.
For GLP-1 and metabolic consultations, the £200 covers Dr Kania's clinical time — assessment, prescribing decision and protocol design. Medication and laboratory panels are dispensed by our collaborating GPhC-registered prescriber pharmacists and partner laboratories, and are quoted and paid separately. The consultation fee is not redeemable against medication.

For peptide, longevity and hormonal consultations, the £200 covers Dr Kania's clinical time — medical history, prescribing decision and protocol design. Peptide protocols are dispensed by our collaborating GPhC-registered prescriber pharmacists and are quoted and paid separately, from £55. The consultation fee is not redeemable against prescriptions.

Peptide and GLP-1 therapy is prescribed on a case-by-case basis after a full clinical consultation, medical history review and, where indicated, laboratory work through our partner laboratories. The specific molecule, dose and duration are matched to the individual's clinical picture, not selected from a menu.
Continuity through Longevity Advisory.
An ongoing clinical relationship with Dr Kania across all three pillars — continuous regenerative planning, priority scheduling and coordinated aesthetic and longevity care. From £2,500 per month, on application.

Begin with an initial consultation with Dr Kania. Protocol design and treatments are quoted separately following the consultation. £200 clinical consultation fee — redeemable against aesthetic treatment, or a clinical fee alongside medication for metabolic and longevity work.
Access, cancellations & care.
Consultation & access
The practice operates by referral and application. All new clients submit an application before any consultation is agreed; every application is reviewed personally by Dr Kania. The £200 consultation fee is redeemable against the cost of aesthetic treatments resulting from the consultation. For Metabolic Programme and Peptides & Longevity consultations, the £200 is a clinical fee for Dr Kania's prescribing time — medication and protocols are quoted and paid separately, and the consultation fee is not credited against them. Consultation fees are non-refundable.
Appointment etiquette
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your agreed appointment time. Late arrival may reduce your treatment time. New clients must complete medical history and consent forms prior to treatment. Review appointments are agreed 2–3 weeks after treatment; complimentary top-ups are valid only within this window.
Cancellations & amendments
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Less than 48 hours' notice, or failure to attend, will result in loss of your consultation fee. Deposits are non-refundable.
Payments & pricing
We accept debit and credit card, and cash. Prices may change without prior notice — the price at the time of treatment is the price agreed with you at consultation. Refunds are not offered for completed treatments or products.
Eligibility & safety
Certain medical conditions, current medications, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or recent procedures may render some treatments unsuitable. A full medical assessment is required before treatment can proceed.
Results, risks & aftercare
Results vary by individual and depend on age, skin quality, lifestyle and anatomy. Some treatments may require multiple sessions. Mild redness, swelling or bruising may occur and typically resolves within days. Specific aftercare guidance is provided based on your treatment protocol.
