DR KANIA operates by referral and application. This page is for direct contact — questions before you apply, communication for existing clients, and enquiries from agents, family offices and journalists.

Existing clients
For clients already under Dr Kania's care — consultation follow-ups, protocol questions between reviews, appointment coordination.
Agents & representatives
Talent agents, business managers, family offices, executive assistants and personal advisors enquiring on behalf of a client. Handled personally, with complete discretion.
Press & editorial
Interview requests, commentary on longevity, metabolic or regenerative medicine, and image or portrait use. Coordinated in advance; commentary is subject to editorial review.
Every enquiry is read by a person, not routed by a system. How quickly we reply depends on what you're writing about.
Reviewed personally by Dr Kania. Accepted applicants receive a personal reply with proposed times and payment details.

Agents, family offices and journalists working to a deadline are answered personally, the same working day where possible.
Two locations. One practice.
Care is continuous across both cities. Clients under Dr Kania's ongoing care are seen in whichever location suits their calendar.

A Georgian townhouse in the Harley Street Medical District. The primary location of the practice, where Dr Kania sees clients throughout the year.

A second location in Paris, opening in 2026. Same clinical model, same clinician, delivered on the same continuous case file.

- Regular clinic weeks per quarter, coordinated with the London calendar. Advisory clients based in Paris hold the same continuous case file as those in London.
- Access
- Advisory clients receive quarterly dates in advance. Consultation applicants are matched to available Paris weeks after review.
The Paris location is presently by prior arrangement only. Applications are accepted from clients able to travel or resident locally; a waitlist is open for the opening quarter.
What to know before you visit.
Ten minutes before your time.
Please arrive at least ten minutes before your agreed appointment. New clients complete medical history and consent forms in advance of the consultation. Late arrival may reduce your consultation time.
Central London, private access.
Upper Wimpole Street sits within a quiet residential-medical block a short walk from Regent's Park, Great Portland Street and Baker Street. Parking is limited; private car is often the smoothest option.
Private by default.
Reception is quiet and non-branded. Client identity, treatments and case detail are held under strict confidentiality. Agents, personal advisors and family offices may co-attend where authorised in writing.
Travel-coordinated care.
For clients travelling to London or Paris, please share your travel dates in your application so we can coordinate. Video pre-consultations, referral to trusted local providers between visits, and coordination with your existing physicians are all standard.
Where clinically appropriate.
In-person consultation is preferred, particularly for aesthetic and diagnostic assessments. Video consultation is available for follow-up, protocol review and international clients whose first visit cannot yet be in person.
48 hours' notice.
Once an appointment time has been agreed, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule. Less than 48 hours, or no-show: consultation fee forfeited. Advisory clients follow the retainer terms confirmed at onboarding.
Applications open on a rolling basis.
