Dr Ewa Kania,
PhD.
Clinical and Scientific Director.
Private practice in London and Paris since 2019.
With a PhD in Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine, Dr Kania practises at the intersection of clinical science and aesthetic precision — creating bespoke regenerative protocols that restore, protect, and refine at the cellular level.
Her approach is biology-led and quietly intentional. Every treatment plan is designed around the architecture of your face, the biology of your skin, and the life you live. The goal is never to look different. It is to look unmistakably like yourself — rested, vital, and years ahead of your biology.

Why the practice looks the way it does.
Longevity, for Dr Kania, is not an abstraction. Her interest in the science began with her own biology — living with an autoimmune condition, reading her own bloodwork, adjusting her own protocol, and observing, over years, what the science could and could not do. That work continues, quietly, in parallel to her patients'.
It is also the reason she does not draw a line between "aesthetic" and "internal" medicine. The face is the visible surface of the biology beneath it. Skin quality, tissue integrity, hormonal balance and metabolic health express themselves at the surface, whether or not anyone is looking for them.
Every protocol designed here is one Dr Kania would consider running on herself — or on someone she loves.
If a treatment, a molecule or a cadence would not pass that test, it is not offered. That standard — quietly held rather than advertised — is the reason the practice looks the way it does.
Restraint is a treatment plan.
The temptation in aesthetic medicine is to keep adding. Another syringe, another device, another appointment. Over-treated faces tell that story in a single glance — and it is rarely the story the patient wanted to tell.
The discipline here is the opposite. Every plan is designed around the architecture of the face, the biology of the skin and the life the patient is living. Preserving expression, light and movement matters more than any single intervention. Most consultations end with less on the plan than the patient arrived expecting — and better outcomes over the years that follow.
Discretion is treated the same way — as a clinical value, not a marketing one. What is discussed in the room stays in the room. Documentation, consent and billing are designed around that fact.
The practice is deliberately small. There is a limit to how many people any one clinician can know well enough to advise on their biology across years. That limit is the reason for the cap.
Clinical governance, stated plainly.
Consultation and protocol design
Dr Kania holds a PhD in Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine and is not a medical doctor (MD). Her role is Clinical and Scientific Director. She leads patient consultations, designs each protocol, interprets diagnostic results, and delivers the aesthetic treatments within her scope of practice.
Prescribing
Prescription-only medicines are prescribed by our collaborating GPhC-registered independent prescriber pharmacists. They conduct their own assessment and hold clinical responsibility for prescribing decisions, in line with GPhC and MHRA standards.
Diagnostics
Biomarker panels are provided through our partner laboratories, under the clinical governance of each laboratory's medical director. Dr Kania interprets results as part of the consultation and recommends protocol adjustments accordingly.
A detailed clinical governance document is available on request to prospective clients and their advisors. Request the document.
London and Paris.
The practice operates as one across both cities. Patients are seen in either location, and Advisory clients move between the two without any change to their protocol, their notes or their point of contact.
New clients are typically seen first in London. Paris opens in stages through 2026, and consultations there begin by appointment on request.
A new relationship begins with an application.
The practice accepts a limited number of new patients each quarter. All new relationships begin with an application.
