Longevity Advisory.

A retained clinical relationship with Dr Ewa Kania, PhD. Aesthetics, metabolic optimisation and longevity — under one advisor. From £2,500 per month, or by application.

Currently accepting a limited number of clients.

The Model

Ongoing counsel, not appointments.

Most aesthetic and wellness care is transactional. A client attends, is treated, and returns when they remember to. Nothing is coordinated. Nothing is revisited. An Advisory client holds an ongoing clinical relationship with Dr Kania as their clinician of record. She keeps a personal case file, reviews it quarterly against biomarker data, and adjusts protocols as life stage, workload and goals change.

Aesthetic, metabolic and longevity decisions sit inside one integrated plan — reviewed by the same clinician, on a continuous basis. Clients are talent, founders, senior professionals and their families. The kind of people who already retain a wealth advisor, a lawyer, a physician. Dr Kania sits alongside those advisors, not underneath them.

One clinician who knows your biology, your face, your work schedule and your body — and adjusts your protocol each quarter accordingly.

The Scope

Four disciplines under one advisor.

01

Aesthetics

Facial architecture, skin quality, regenerative treatments, injectables where clinically appropriate. Cadence agreed quarterly — not arranged appointment by appointment.

02

Metabolic optimisation

GLP-1 and peptide therapies, body composition, insulin sensitivity, dose adjustment. Delivered under Dr Kania's clinical oversight through GPhC-registered prescribing partners.

03

Longevity

Biomarker panels reviewed quarterly. Hormonal, inflammatory, metabolic and vascular markers. Protocol adjustments made on trend, not single readings.

04

Coordination

Referral network for endocrinology, dermatology, cardiology, mental performance and cosmetic surgery when required. Dr Kania coordinates; the client is not left to project-manage their own care.

The Advisory

One published Advisory. One by invitation.

Capped intake at both. Consultations included — the £200 consultation fee does not apply to Advisory clients.

The Private Tier
Private Advisory
By invitation and application only.
Pricing on application

For a small number of clients whose care is structured privately with Dr Kania. Terms and scope are bespoke, agreed directly between the client, their representatives and the practice.

By invitation, application, or introduction through an existing client, agent or advisor.

Contact via phone, WhatsApp or email. Introductions welcomed via agents, family offices and personal advisors.

Consultations, protocol design, coordination and oversight are included in the Advisory retainer. Prescription-only medicines and third-party laboratory costs are quoted separately.

Continuity of Care

Care that follows the client's calendar.

Whether the client is filming on location, resident in Dubai, moving between homes across the year, or simply working across long hours in London, the Advisory adapts. Sessions are arranged around your demands — not clinic availability.

Between visits, WhatsApp access, quarterly reviews and coordination with any local clinicians the client requires ensure that care never lapses. In-person sessions in London or Paris are confirmed in advance with the client's team, and delivered without disruption to their work.

The Advisory adapts to the client.

For Whom

For people who need integrated clinical judgement, not more appointments.

Actors, musicians, creative directors, founders, senior professionals and their families — anyone whose aesthetic, metabolic and longevity decisions have become too complex to manage in fragments. Clients are London-based, Paris-based, or international. The practice does not disclose the identity of any client, past or present.

The Advisory is not for one-off treatment enquiries, casual weight-loss requests, or clients seeking transactional aesthetic work. The value depends on continuity.

Capacity & Discretion

A deliberately small Advisory.

Both Foundation and Private are capped. When capacity is full, enquiries enter a waiting list.

The cap is a deliberate choice. The value of the Advisory depends on Dr Kania having the time to know each client's biology, work schedule and personal circumstances in depth.

Discretion.

The practice does not disclose the identity of any client, past or present. Communications are direct. Records are held in accordance with GDPR and clinical confidentiality standards. Documentation, consent and billing processes are designed to accommodate clients who require anonymity.

FAQ

Questions clients ask before applying.

Foundation Advisory is our published tier at £2,500 per month, with defined scope and cadence. Private Advisory is by invitation and application only — structured privately for a small number of clients whose care requires bespoke terms. Pricing on application.
Continuity is built into both tiers. WhatsApp access and quarterly review calls maintain continuity between in-person sessions in London or Paris. Clients whose work requires clinical coordination internationally are usually best served through Private Advisory.
The Advisory complements existing care. Dr Kania coordinates with any clinicians the client already trusts, and becomes the clinical point of reference for the wider team.
Prescription-only medicines are prescribed by our collaborating GPhC-registered independent prescriber pharmacists, who take clinical responsibility for each prescribing decision. Consultation, protocol design and coordination are included in the Advisory. Prescription and laboratory costs are quoted separately.
No. The £200 consultation fee applies to non-Advisory clients applying for a metabolic or longevity consultation as a paid clinical service. Advisory clients have consultations included in their retainer.
Foundation Advisory has a minimum term of six months. Private Advisory is structured on an individual basis. Pauses beyond the minimum term are considered case-by-case.
No. The value of the Advisory depends on continuity. The minimum term reflects that. Non-Advisory clients can apply for a single consultation with Dr Kania at the standard fee.
